Entrepreneur Michael McCormick just isn’t in the cooking mood this year, but still yearns for a scrumptious holiday meal. So he turned to his fellow foodies to find Long Island’s best Thanksgiving caterers.
“Concern is it’s going to be a bland, flavorless, low seasoning, small portion, overpriced disaster,” McCormick wrote on the Long Island Foodies Facebook group.
“Just want the best meal I don’t have to cook on the table. Where can I get a bird and some sides that have robust flavor? Point me to flavor. Real flavor.”
And point, they did. The post garnered dozens of suggestions for where he could find the tastiest to-go meals this Turkey Day.
